What are your operating hours?

We are open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesdays to Saturdays.

What are your payment options:

We accept payments through Paypal, Bank Transfer and Gcash.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes we do. We ship to all serviceable areas of our official courier partner.

How soon can I get my order?

Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days.

Lead time after orders are shipped are as follows:

NCR 1 to 2 business days

Luzon - 3-5 business days

Visayas/Mindanao - 5- 7 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer complimentary shipping for all purchases worth P2,000 and above.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Not at the moment. We do offer scheduled pickup from our Makati HQ from Tuesday to Friday between 1:00pm to 5:00 pm. Please send us a message via email or send us a DM via Instagram if you would like to avail of our scheduled pickup option.

Requests for scheduled pick up must be sent at least 1-2 days prior to preferred date of pickup.

Do you have a physical store?

Not at the moment. 

Do you sell your fragrances via other platforms like Shopee, Lazada or Tiktok?

No. All our fragrances are exclusively available via our website or Instagram DM.

Will you be participating in events like pop-ups or bazaars?

We plan to! Subscribe to our mailing list and follow us on our social media platforms (iInstagram & Tiktok) for announcements regarding events and pop ups.
